      RMA (Return Material Authorization) Procedure:  Please contact us with your equipment Name/Part Number, Serial Number and equipment fault. We will then determine if the item is under warranty and issue you an RMA number. We will then provide you with proper shipping instructions for your equipment. 

      Kit Inventory Lists:  In your E-mail or Phone call, please include Kit Serial Number and Kit Name/Part Number or if Kit Serial Number or Kit Name/Part Number and if that is not available, you should include a Serial Number from a kit component, such as a video camera, spotting scope, etc. This will help insure that we provide you with the proper inventory list. 

       Equipment/Kit Manuals:  In your E-mail or Phone call, please include Kit Serial Number and Kit Name/Part Number or if Kit Serial Number or Kit Name/Part Number and if that is not available, you should include a Serial Number from a kit component, such as a video camera, spotting scope, etc. This will help insure that we provide you with the most up to date equipment or kit manual.
